1:2:1 consultations: 1 HR, £140
Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire, food diary and terms of engagement form. This will allow me to gain some insight into your health concerns before we meet. During the consultation I will listen to your story, ask you questions, and explain what may be contributing to your current health concern. I may recommend functional tests to further determine possible imbalances that are contributing to your symptoms (although these are not compulsory). I will make dietary and lifestyle recommendations and together we will make a realistic and achievable health plan to reach your health goals. Supplements may also be recommended.
follow up consultations: 45 mins, £120
Further consultations may be face-to-face or over the telephone and are determined on an individual basis.
